FAQ
Why Does your Family Need Families on a Mission?
Families that pray together, stay together. Families that serve together, stay together. Families that talk together, stay together. Research on families tells us that praying, serving, and talking together are three of the most important
things families can do to thrive.
Families on a Mission will help you accomplish all three with the additional benefit of getting support from other parish families. This program is designed to strengthen the faith life of your family while improving the lives of others in our community.

What is the theme?
Our theme is Caring for our Common Home, based on the 2015 encyclical from Pope Francis, Laudato Si’. We will explore practical ways to make an impact on ourselves, our relationships and our home, the Earth. The family is a central theme in Laudato Si’ since the home is where children first learn to care for God's creation. We will also consider how to live more simply in a world that is dominated by over consumption.
